At Abbots Leigh Guest House, we are situated in a pleasant Victorian Terrace in the heart of Filey close to the beach and gardens and all the town centre amenities, and only a few minutes walk from the bus and rail station.

All our rooms are en-suite and include twin, family, double and king rooms.

Our rooms all come equipped with Flat screenTV /Freeview, hair dryers, radio alarm clocks and a hospitality tray. Our family rooms have DVD's. The bathrooms are supplied with towels, bath mats, faceclothes, liquid soap & shampoo/shower gel. We offer free wi-fi throughout the house for your convenience.

Breakfast is served between 8.00 - 8.45
To start your day we offer a substantial full English Breakfast or you may prefer to choose an optional lighter breakfast along with a choice of cereals, Juices, yoghurt's & fresh fruit. Vegetarians are also catered for, please let us know in advance of any dietary needs .
